Best Travel Accessories for Backpackers

Planning a trip and making it work is a big challenge by itself. We all are busy and need to make sure that our friends and relatives are ready for a short tour or a vacation. In between all this hustle, we have to manage packing.

I always keep a checklist of stuff and gear needed for my survival. Being a blogger, I have to carry my Laptop, camera and their charger. They kill most of my space in the backpack and leaving less room for other items to add.

So, I took some time to research and found compact gadgets that are necessary and will come handy for any backpacker.

Power Bank – Xiaomi 10,000mAh Mi Power Bank Pro

Power Bank is the first accessory that goes into our backpacks. Even though there are many options available Xiaomi 10,000mAh Mi Power Bank Pro stands out. It is sleek, lightweight, and will fit in the corner of your baggage. It can charge both Micro USB and USB-C devices.

The main reason for Xiaomi’s success is the consistency of releasing great products for consumers.

Universal Multi Plug – Gm 3012 3 Pin Travel

When we travel to other destinations, it’s not just the culture that is different but also the charging sockets. I struggle to find the outlet for my charger, or I have to use multiple pins to fix the issue. I used to connect the laptop and then connect my USB cable to charge my phone (when the Power bank has no power).

The best solution is a Gm 3012 3 Pin Travel Universal Multi-Plug. It has an inbuilt Surge protector and is suitable in 150 countries. This plug will be handy for backpackers traveling to other countries.

Waterproof Pouch – BOBO Universal Waterproof Pouch

Not all of us have a waterproof smartphone. But we can make it waterproof by using a Waterproof Pouch. These pouches are cheap and easy to carry as it is foldable.

BOBO provides a universal waterproof pouch, which fits any phone up to 6.5 inches. It is touch-friendly, dust and waterproof and also a great piece to take underwater pictures.

Bluetooth Speaker – JBL Clip 3

For music lovers, carrying a Bluetooth speaker is a must. I know there are many big and bulky Bluetooth devices. But the company knows what a backpacker wants.

There are many mini speakers out there. But my favorite is JBL Clip 3. This mini speaker is portable, has a great sound, and is waterproof. It has close to 10 hours of playtime and has noise cancellation speakerphone. Just like its name, we can clip and hang it on our bag.

Cable & Gadget Bag – Saco Gadget Organizer Bag

No matter how we arrange and pack the bags, we mix up the cables and misplace them. The best solution for this is a travel cord bag organizer.

Saco Gadget Organizer is the bag to consider. It has room for cable, mobile, camera accessories, etc. A one-stop spot for keeping it together.

Blade – Swiss Army Knife

Swiss Army Knife tool is the craziest of them all. I have seen videos where people used this tool from starting a fire to sharpening the pencil.

It comes handy in every occasion, party, survival, etc. This little Swiss army knife is backpackers need.

Wireless Headphone – Sony WH-1000XM3

Music is for the soul and would like to hear it without any interruption. Sony WH-1000XM3 is the best tool to get lost into music.

Sony is comfortable with excellent sound quality and battery life.

There are many accessories which I have not covered and would like to hear from you on the comments.
